Design
Every component we print is uniquely designed in-house to meet our clients bespoke requirements. We can work directly with your existing CAD files or work backwards from survey data, sketches or photography.
Our components are manufactured using both fixed deposition modelling (FDM) and Stereolithography (SLA) additive manufacturing processes. Maximum single part print volume for FDM = 450x450x470 and SLA 219x124x250.
Build
At every stage of the design process we keep assembly in mind. Minimising post print component processing is of the upmost importance to ensure minimal disruption to our build times.
